Kim Jong Un is willing to hold summitt with US, China says: Bloomberg

A Bloomberg report quotes China as saying that North Korea's Kim Jong Un met with President Xi Jinping on a surprise visit to Beijing and reportedly told the Chinese leader that he was committed to denuclearization of the Korean peninsula and was willing to hold a summit with the US.

Kim Jong Un is scheduled to have a summit with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in April and may meet US President Donald Trump before the end of May.

The news could put a bid under the risk assets in Asia and may hurt Yen.
