Talk of M&A: Asahi to acquire Grolsch and Peroni?

Asahi Group Holdings intends to expand its business potential beyond the domestic market, which remains with low growth prospects given the aging Japanese population. The deal could cost 400 billion yen, sources familiar with the matter report.
